GetSpin360 (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates getspin360.com and the GetSpin360 Shopify app. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding it.
1. Information We Collect
When you install or use GetSpin360, we may collect:
- Shopify store data — your store URL, shop name, and the OAuth access token Shopify provides during installation.
- Product images — photos you capture or upload through the app, stored on our servers to power your 360° viewers.
- Usage data — visitor counts on your embedded 360° viewers, used solely for subscription billing.
- Contact information — your email address if you contact us directly.
- Professional service submissions — shipping address and product details if you use our photography service.
We do not collect payment information directly. Billing is handled by Shopify.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Providing, maintaining, and improving the GetSpin360 service.
- Calculating your monthly visitor usage for subscription billing.
- Responding to support requests.
- Processing professional photography service orders.
We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Data Storage and Third Parties
Your data is stored and processed using the following services:
- Supabase — database (store records, spin metadata, visitor counts).
- Amazon Web Services (S3) — image file storage.
- Shopify — app platform, billing, and OAuth authentication.
- AWS Amplify — application hosting.
Each of these providers maintains their own privacy and security practices.
4. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your GetSpin360 subscription is active. When you uninstall the app, your store data and associated records are automatically deleted within 48 hours in accordance with Shopify's GDPR compliance requirements. Product images stored on our servers are deleted within 30 days of uninstall. You may also request immediate deletion at any time by contacting us at hello@getspin360.com.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Our visit counter uses a simple server-side counter — no cookies are set on your customers' browsers.
6. California Residents (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@getspin360.com. We do not sell personal information.
7. Security
We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access-controlled cloud storage. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
GetSpin360 is a business-to-business service intended for Shopify merchants. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
